For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

You will be contacted shortly after booking with your meeting time and pick up details. On the morning of your departure please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your pick up time. Your tour guide or driver will come into the hotel to find you and will be holding a board reading "International Friends". If you are not staying in the hotel that you have selected as the meeting point, you must inform us of where you are staying so that we can contact you if necessary. Please be aware we sometimes use smaller vehicles to collect and return passengers to the main coach or final destination - this helps keep our operation as efficient as possible. Emergency contact details: Staff will only be able to assist on this number in the event of an emergency on the day of your tour. Please do not use this number to check on the arrival time of your guide or driver before the stated meeting time on your confirmation - this is not an emergency. It is not to be used for general enquiries prior to your tour, and the number does not accept text messages. Please note that you DO NOT need to reconfirm your booking. Pickup Information

We collect from selected London city centre and Heathrow airport hotels. Please provide the name and address of your accommodation in the additional information box and we will contact you after booking to confirm whether we can offer pickup directly from your hotel, or to provide a suitable alternative. We will also confirm the time of your pickup.
