Meeting and Pickup
We are located within the facilities of Casa China Bacalar and offer spacious, exclusive parking for our visitors. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your tour start time to allow for a smooth check-in and boarding process.
Redemption Instructions
We recommend that you bring bathing suit on, clothing with UV protection, a hat/cap, and sunglasses. We avoid the use of cream and/or spray sunscreens to conserve the fragile lagoon ecosystem. Present your ticket at the front desk
