If you miss the tour, no refund will be possible. If the customer wishes to reschedule the same-day tour to a different date, the full amount of the tour must be repaid. - In the event of a national train strike or train delays, the tour operator is not responsible of the disservice of the trains. In the event of national train strikes the tour could be cancelled or moved to an alternative date
