Pickup Information

Travelers must wait in the hotel lobby ready for their pickup 5 minutes in advance. Our guides will confirm the exact pickup time via WhatsApp or will call by phone or through the company if they cannot reach the clients. In some cases, such as at airports or cruise ports, a sign with the client's name will be carried. At the airports, our guide can wait for you at exit P4 in Terminal 1 or exit P17 in Terminal 2. In cruise ports, a private option is always recommended, but it can also be shared with a lot of coordination. At Colon 2000 Mall, near the main announcement or sign of the Terminal, this pickup location always has an additional transportation cost due to the distance. This area is about 50 miles or 80 kilometers from the city of Panama. At Amador Cruise Terminal in the city of Panama, we require travelers to meet our team at the main gate accessing the Port, which is about a 10-minute walk. This is requested because the Terminal maintains strict access control to certain units and we do not currently maintain that access. Please check with us to coordinate with you.
