Pickup Information for Cruise Passengers To ensure a smooth start to your post-cruise tour, please note the following: Port Pickup: Your guide will meet you at the designated exit or meeting area at the Valparaíso or San Antonio cruise terminal, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. Waiting Time: Maximum waiting time is 1 hour from the agreed pickup time. Please disembark promptly so the tour can begin on schedule. WhatsApp Communication: Please provide a valid phone number with WhatsApp when booking. The day before the tour, we will send you your guide’s contact details to make coordination at the port easier. Luggage: Your luggage will travel with you in the vehicle throughout the tour. Please provide information about the number and approximate size of your bags when booking.
