Our last stage, will be in one of the most typical restaurants in Florence, This will be our final point, where they will have lunch. the lunch consists of an entry of traditional bruschettas, homemade pasta and two glasses of wine per person, water and coffee

Itinerary

1. Santa Croce

our cooking class will start from this meeting point, in front of the statue of Dante Alighieri

2. Chiesa dei Santi Apostoli

after we reach our local home, our class will begin. You will learn how to make three different types of pasta: Pici ('all'aglione'), a typical dish from Siena; Tagliatelle with mushrooms and sausage; and classic Tuscan Tortelli, filled with potatoes. Each type of pasta will be paired with a different wine to enhance its flavour. The lunch will end with a delicious home made dessert, which we will prepare together.
