IMPORTANT INFORMATION Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.  The boat will be assigned based on availability. Please contact the local tour operator via WhatsApp immediately to confirm the exact meeting location. It is essential that you verify the meeting point with the operator before proceeding. Do not attempt to reach any location without confirmation.  Whatsapp: +971505593840  All guests must present a valid identification card or passport upon the operator’s request for verification.  In accordance with UAE Maritime Law, all guests are required to present original, valid identification or a passport during check-in prior to the tour's departure. In certain cases, guests may be required to present their credit card for additional verification. Passport only for foreign nationals; Emirate I.D./Passport for UAE residents. If any person does not have a valid ID, they will not be permitted to board. Arrival Time: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable yachting experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to complete check-in procedures. Any delays in arrival may affect your experience. Late Arrivals: Please note that if you arrive late and another booking is scheduled immediately after your tour, the tour duration will be shortened. If you miss your tour, it will be considered a "No Show," and 100% of the payment will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Rescheduling is only permitted under the following conditions:  The re-schedule request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour time, subject to availability.  Weather conditions prevent the tour from taking place, as determined at the management’s sole discretion.  Other operational reasons prevent the tour from proceeding, at the management’s sole discretion.
