For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • Please note: after an hour (standard) of the flight arrival time, if you do not show up then the driver will be instructed to leave. • If you are delayed for whatever reason (ie… lost luggage) you must let us know or let the driver know so that he knows that you are there. • If you do not contact us to inform us and the driver is waiting for an hour, you will be regarded as a ‘no show’ and will be charged 100%. Should you contact us after the 1 hour waiting period to say you are still waiting for the transfer –  you will be charged again and this may cause an even further delay in them reaching the hotel especially if you have been traveling for hours.
