Maximum waiting time: 60 minutes from actual flight landing time.

In case of guest delay, the guest must inform the local operator or VooTours hotline.

If the guest is unreachable after the waiting time, mark as No-Show.

Driver to depart after no-show confirmation. No refund applicable.

DEPARTURE TRANSFER NOTES

Guest to be advised to be present at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time.

Maximum waiting time: 15 minutes from scheduled pick-up time.
