Redemption Instructions

You will be contacted by whatsapp or email for the pickup and tour guide details. Pickup is available from hotels, airport, port and residences within Dhabi city only. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The driver will contact you on your mobile approximately 15–30 minutes before arrival. Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on and accessible on the day of the tour.

Pickup Information

Pickup is available from all hotels, apartments, port, airports and residences within Dubai city limits. Please be ready at your hotel lobby or designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are staying in Sharjah, Jebel Ali, or outside Dubai city, additional charges may apply – please contact us in advance. Airport pickup (DXB) is available only if the tour is booked for the same day as your arrival and sufficient time is allowed.
