Pickup Information

We provide pickup and drop-off from all hotels and residences within Dubai city limits. Port Rashid Cruise Terminal pickup available (share cruise details). Pickup from Dubai Airport (DXB) is not available, but we can arrange pickup from the nearest hotel, such as Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport. Pickup from areas outside Dubai city (Sharjah, Ajman, Jebel Ali, Bab Al Shams, Al Maha Resort, etc.) may be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. We will send a WhatsApp message the evening before your tour to reconfirm details—please ensure the phone number in your booking has an active WhatsApp. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infants can join free if they do not require a separate seat. Language: The Desert safari guide speaks English. Other languages, if listed, are available in written form.
