Back at the dock in Puerto de Mogán, boat moored, the tasting begins: a 3-course Canarian menu (artisanal cheeses, Chorizo de Teror, olive oil, seasonal fruit, homemade yogurt), each course paired with a different Canarian wine — rosé, aged white, and semi-sweet Listán.
