Redemption Instructions

• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Pickup Information

Pick-ups are offered in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya area for extra fees: All hotels between Dorado Maroma and Dreams Tulum. Exceptions may apply. Tulum area: Pick-up is not available Cancun: Please get in touch with us. The exact pickup time will be provided the day before the activity.
