- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Meet at Café Coyote in Sayulita. Guests staying in San Pancho can meet us here as well. If you are staying in Punta de Mita, La Cruz, Bucerías or Nuevo Vallarta, contact us after booking to coordinate the most convenient meeting point for your experience. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Redemption Instructions
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • Not recommended for pregnant women • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving.
