Redemption Instructions

• Barocchi will know if your flight is delayed, however, if your flight is delayed for more than 1 hour Barocchi reserve the right to apply a surcharge. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • Please contact the supplier to arrange any last minute changes.

Pickup Information

Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Please note: For departure transfers to Florence Train Station the pick up time is approx. 1-hour before the train departure time. Please take this into consideration when booking the daily or nightly option. An anticipated pick up time could affect the rate and must be confirmed by the provider. Please note this transfer is only available from hotels in the main City of Florence, please contact us if you are unsure if your hotel is included within the pick up area.
