For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• It is imperative to arrive promptly at the meeting point, at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. • For help with meeting points or other urgent issues, please phone +39 06 8336 0561. • Our City Wonders coordinators will be wearing blue City Wonders polo shirts or jackets to be easily recognizable at the meeting point • Please be advised that in the case of events beyond our control, we may need to adjust our itinerary to ensure the safety, quality, and satisfaction of your travel experience. • While our day trips are typically of a fixed duration, external factors may occasionally extend tour times slightly. We appreciate your understanding and planning as we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. • Children under the age of 18 might be requested to show their ID card at the entrance of the site, so please bring it with you on the tour.
