Pickup Information

Make your transportation from downtown Beijing to Beijing all train stations (Beijing Main Station/Beijing Nan South Station/Beijing Xi West Station). Please specify your train and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and wait at your hotel lobby.

Please make sure you notify us by telephone or email if your train or hotel information changes.

If you stay in hutong or airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because the lane of hutong is too narrow to drive, and normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.

Hotel pickup area should be within the 4th ring road of Beijing. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.

Please make sure you provide us with your correct train number and hotel address. Pickup time is normally 2 hours prior to train departure

We provide up to 20 mins of waiting time at your hotel. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.
