Itinerary
1. Meet your guide at your hotel around 8am. It starts with the first bend in the Yangtze River, which is about 37 miles (60 km) to drive. Enjoy the eye-catching scenery as you pass Iron Chain Bridge in the town of Stone Drum. It gets its name from the Iron Chains that it’s built of. Also notice the golden-brown wheat fields and haystacks in the area. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant. After the rest, travel about another 24 miles (40 km) and you will reach Tiger Leaping Gorge, one of the world’s deepest gorges. Have the chance to walk about 1.5 miles (2.6 km) to the Tiger Leaping Rock.

2. Black Dragon Pool Park is also known as Jade Spring Park, which is situated on the northern edge of Lijiang Old Town. There is a Black Dragon Pool in the park, hence the name.

3. Then hit up the Museum of Naxi Dongba Culture where you can get more acquainted with the Naxi way of life. Your private tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel in Lijiang.
