If you do not see the driver for any reason, please call 1- 907-463-5466 or 1-866-666-6666 and tell the operator you are holding a prepaid voucher. Follow the operator's instructions. Give the voucher to the driver. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Pickup Information

When booking a private transfer to Juneau Airport you will need to provide your pick-up address and the time you wish us to pick you up, so that we have accurate information of where and when to pick you up from and get you to your flight on-time. The type of vehicle you ordered should arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time. Once your transfer reservation is completed you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price per person depends on number of travelers in your party, based on 3 passengers per sedan, or a 5 passenger SUV. It's that easy!”
