Meeting point is at hotel car/main entrance. You will receive departure notice direct to your mobile one day before service day. Please call the following contact numbers if you do not receive departure notice by 5 pm. Local contact office : +81 3-3226-3238/ +81 3 5363 1548 (9.30am to 6.00pm / Mon to Fri) Call center : 080-3446-9966 (700am to 1100pm) Emergency call : 090-8777-9967 Important Notice : 1) For last minutes changes, please contact your agent. 2) Please contact us if the driver is late. 3) Please re-confirm your name and destination (and the Correct Terminal stated on your flight ticket) with driver. 4) If we upgrade your transfer to share or charter Taxi, you do not need to pay to taxi driver. Make sure driver have your name and Destination. We cannot be responsible if you board on Wrong Taxi. Do not shout airport name to taxi drivers. All taxis will be more than to carry, and you have to pay for this case. 5) Only One Checked in baggage per person. SIC Cherry Tomato do not accept extra baggage without pre-booking.
