Redemption Instructions

• Supplier will email your pickup time from hotel or cruise ship terminal after the booking is made. Your pickup time will be set in accordance with your flight departure time. • Pickup from Hotel: Please be ready 10 minutes prior to your pre-scheduled pickup time and wait at the hotel lobby. If you can’t see the driver 10 min after the booking time please call/SMS/WhatsApp +61 434 844 020 • Pickup from Cruise Ship: Your Driver will be waiting for you outside the Cruise Ship Terminal with your name sign. If you can’t see the driver 10 min after the booking time please call/SMS/WhatsApp +61 434 844 020 • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible the name of the cruise ship, disembarkation time and departure flight details so that appropriate arrangements can be made. • Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Pickup Information

Pickup is available from all hotels within City are, CBD, Darling Harbour, Rocks, Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills or Cruise Ship. Supplier will provide your pickup time after your booking is made. Your pickup time will be set in accordance with your flight departure time. Pickup time will be emailed a day before the travel date. This service operates to meet all flights departing from Sydney Domestic or International Terminals.
