• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please note that Airport pickups will apply to extra charges. If your pickup point is the Airport you have to contact us at least 24 hours before the operation date to declare the number of luggage and your flight details at orders@welcomepickups.com.

Pickup Information

Our operators/drivers are not official tour guides but are professional drivers and Locals who have been provided with all the necessary historical information about the sights visited. They cannot accompany you to the sights but will provide extended historical and local information to help you get the feeling of the city. Please know that we are unable to pick up, start, or stop this sightseeing ride from or to the airport/port/train stations. Kindly share any special requirements, such as traveling with a service animal or needing extra assistance, when booking your ride. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.
