Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• For London  passengers: If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your pick up address so that appropriate arrangements can be made • For Heathrow Airport passengers: If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your flight arrival details so that appropriate arrangements can be made • For cruise ship passengers: If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Entrance fees, meals and guiding at the sites are not included. • Any extra time is charged at £40 per hour and payable in cash to the driver on the day.
