Redemption Instructions

When confirming the reservation, contact our attendants to inform the hotel and number of the apartment where you will be staying, so that we can define the local time of departure. Pickup Information

When confirming your Reservation, please contact our staff so that we can inform you about your check-in time at your hotel. Each hotel has a specific time to board. Places of embarkation: South zone: Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Leme, Botafogo, Flamengo (some streets restricted due to traffic). Downtown Rio de Janeiro (we do not board in the port area and in the high of Santa Teresa).
