The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at your hotel lobby. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss due to customers failing to provide the correct information in time. Your payment for unused services won't be refunded. 2. Free Waiting Time: up to 20 minutes at the appointed time. NOTE: If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: US$5 (30 yuan) PER half an hour. Please pay in cash to the driver. 3. If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles. 4. If you don't have any special requirements, the default pickup time from your hotel would be: 2 hours prior to departure. 5.
