Redemption Instructions

• Dress code is smart casual • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to the border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler • Please send us perfect clear photos of all passports and all travelers' dates of birth, full passport names and passport numbers. We need this information for buying domestic flight tickets and entrance tickets to attractions for you. This information must match with your passports exactly on the day of travel. • Children under 3 years old are free of charge.
