Redemption Instructions

The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at your hotel lobby. Free Waiting Time: up to 20 minutes at the appointed time. NOTE: If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: US$5 (30 yuan) PER half an hour. Please pay in cash to the driver. 3. If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles. 4. If you don't have any special requirements, the default pickup time from your hotel would be: International flight: 4 hours prior to departure. Domestic flight: 3 hours prior to departure.

Pickup Information

Make your transportation from downtown to Xi'an Xianyang International Airport (XIY). Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and wait at your hotel lobby.
