Pickup Information

Your pick-up time will be informed to you one day in advance. We kindly ask you to be ready in your hotel lobby 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time. Although rare, delays of up to 15 minutes may occur due to heavy traffic or if a guest at a previous hotel is late. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
