The house of Augustus is closed on Monday and the House of Livia is closed on Tuesday. All other days of the week both are open. If you prefer to see one or the other, please book accordingly and inform your guide at the start of the tour.

From August 24, 2026, the House of Livia will be temporarily closed to the public for restoration works. During this period, the visit will include the House of Augustus instead. Please note that the House of Augustus is also closed on Mondays; for Monday tours, the time will instead be spent visiting other areas of the archaeological site.
