Please make sure that you arrive 30 minutes before your booked dinner time at the esplanade of the Eiffel Tower. Access the esplanade via entrance 1 (South). You will pass through the first security check at this entrance. Skip the line of this security check, there is a sign with the Madame Brasserie logo where you have direct access. Collect the lift ticket to the first level included at the reception of Madame Brasserie - situated on the esplanade of the Eiffel Tower, between the North and East pillars, close an ATM machine. The staff at the reception will indicate you which lift you shall take to get up. Before you enter the lift, you will pass a second security control. The following items are not allowed on the Eiffel Tower: explosive, inflammable and volatile substances, tools (especially cutters, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.), non-foldable children’s push-chairs, animals, except for assistance dogs, glass and drinks cans. Please note that the Eiffel Tower does not have left luggage or cloakroom facilities. Items not allowed into the monument and thrown into a bin cannot be recovered. If you come with an infant (under 4 years old), please make sure you have informed us before hand. If you have a stroller, please fold it before entering the elevator. In the restaurant, you can request booster seats, however please note that the restaurant does not have baby chairs. The entire monument is a non-smoking zone. Tables are assigned in advance. It is not possible to choose a table on the spot.
