Redemption Instructions

Since this is a fully private experience, no physical entry ticket is required from the customer. Our guide will contact the guest in advance and arrange pick-up at their preferred location.

Pickup Information

Pick-up is available from both Nagano and Matsumoto areas (Hotels / Stations). *Please provide your exact hotel name or preferred pick-up location at the time of booking or no later than the day before the tour.
