Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Meeting point at 9 am at the Hotel in Florence, if centrally located (indicate the name of the Hotel) • The private Local guide in Siena is available for 2 hours • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and museums • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Clients should have the voucher • Please be aware that in case of no-show, the guide and/or the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes from the tour departure time. After that time, if nobody informed us about the delay, they are entitled to leave and no refund will be granted to any client who is not at the departure point at the established time.
