VIATOR TICKET means the slot to join the guided tour. Once you are at the meeting point, you need to buy separately the ENTRANCE TICKET for the archaeological park of Pompeii. According to the new rules applied from November 15th to the ticketing system, each customer must add her\his name to the Pompeii admission tickets. Please don’t forget to bring with you your ID card or Passport: it’s mandatory to show your names (complete names, not nicknames) and your picture on your documents, both for adults and kids. Read carefully the instructions you’ll receive when reserving the guided tour and take your time to add the proper names and surnames to the admission tickets: we can’t amend, modify or reschedule them. We’re not responsible for any typing error.
