• All customers with a reservation must be ready 10 min prior to the tour start. If the group is more than 15 minutes late, their reservation will be automatically canceled without any rescheduling (upon availability for the day) or refund. • Please call us if necessary: 00351 914 925 450 • Children 6 years old and under are not legally allowed to ride on a EcoTuk Tuk. Children from 7 to 12 years old or minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a Booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult. • It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with prosthesis. • Maximum of 6 people per vehicle. Average weight per passenger 80kg. • A different Pickup and/or drop off is available on request upon an extra charge payment. Please let us know if you want a different location from the one included • All reservations can be rescheduled/refunded/cancelled free of charge 24hours prior the activity. After that, all reservations will be charged in full at 100%.

Pickup Information

We offer convenient pick-up services for hotels located in the city center. For accommodations outside this area, we have two alternative meeting points: the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa on Avenida da Liberdade, or the Kiosk in Jardim do Tabaco, close to the Cruise Terminal. If you’re unsure whether your address is within our service area, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll gladly confirm for you. In case you decide later and haven't specified a pick-up location in advance, the default meeting spot will be the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa. For those choosing the pick-up near the Cruise Terminal, once you disembark, simply cross the street and look for our tour guides at the red kiosk right after the pedestrian crossing.
