Pickup Information

We pick up all travelers from their location within Medellín, including hotels, hostels, or any agreed-upon address within the city. If preferred, travelers can specify a custom pick-up point. Pick-up begins approximately 15 minutes before the tour departure time. Our guide will coordinate directly with travelers to ensure a punctual and comfortable meeting, avoiding delays. We recommend having your phone available for any last-minute communication during pick-up. Pick-up is included in the tour price, at no additional cost, so travelers can enjoy a safe and hassle-free experience.
