10 things you should know before you go & before you call with questions. 1. EVERY PERSON (1 DAY - 100+ YEARS OLD) NEEDS A TICKET, per USCG requirements. ️2. PARKING: DO NOT PARK in Shaggy's parking lot, you will be towed. ALLOW EXTRA TIME for traffic and parking, park in the free public parking across the street and use the crosswalk, 735 Pensacola Beach Blvd. or at 3 Casino Beach boardwalk @ Casino Beach Public Parking Lot. (Beach Ball Water Tower). RUNNING LATE? The boat leaves on time EVERY time, calling and we do not hold the boat, don't bother asking. 3. ✅There is NO check UNTIL you board the vessel. Have a seat and wait for the Mermaid Crew to make the boarding announcement before you line up. Your entire group must be present in order to board. Frisky Mermaid may be on a tour when you arrive. THERE ARE ❌ NO REFUNDS for late arrivals, or no shows, contact this 3rd party provider for rescheduling options. 4‍. ‍✈️GRATUITY: not required but graciously appreciated by the Mermaid Crew. 5. ☔️⚡️WEATHER POLICY: No need to call, the Captain makes the decision at the gate. You will receive a text/message if weather permits us from cruising and if we know ahead of your scheduled tour, we will reach out. 6. LIFE JACKETS: This is a USCG inspected vessel, you are not required to wear a life jacket but are available. Infants (up to 12 months) are required to wear a provided infant life vest at all times. 7. GOLF CART TRANSPORTATION: 850-972-8485 call for beach transportation. There is no charge for the service, drivers work for gratuity. 8. NO COOLERS - non alcoholic drinks and snacks available for sale onboard. 9. ⚓️ACCESSIBILITY - The boat is NOT wheelchair accessible. 10. ❓❓WILL YOU GET WET? It's possible, you are on a boat surrounded by water. Feel free to bring a towel along.
