Pickup is provided for hotels/condominium in Bangkok city area. Pickup time is at 07:30 AM in your hotel lobby. There is a surcharge for hotels outside of the city (eg. BKK Airport hotels). If you are using the hotel only as the pickup point, not staying at the hotel, please let us know. For travelers staying at condominium/Airbnb/relative home should provide BOTH location name (eg. Building name, village) and address as Thai addresses are not easy to locate. Otherwise, providing local phone numbers is strongly recommended for smooth pickup.
