Redemption Instructions
Your guide will come to pick you up at the time mentionned on your voucher in front of your Hotel/address. For cruisers, your guide will be waiting at the exit of the tenders or the cruise terminal building. He/she will be holding a sign with your name on it. If necessary, we highly advise you to book an early tender as soon as you get on the cruise We recommend you to be ready in advance. The guide will not be able to wait with other clients.
