1. Fairview Wine and Cheese
.Leave Cape Town behind and travel in a luxurious minivan to the Stellenbosch wine area, which is renowned for its Mediterranean climate and rich soils that contribute to the region's annual production of millions of litres of wine. Reboard your minivan with your knowledgeable guide and drive farther northwest to the Paarl wine area, which is home to renowned winemakers like Fairview.
