Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time. We will meet in Plaza Regocijo, in the historic center of Cusco. Our guide will be waiting for you in the square, holding a sign that says “CHULLPI EXPEDITIONS” with the lead traveler’s name, so you can easily recognize them.
Redemption Instructions
Tickets will be delivered in person by our representative before the start of the tour. Our staff will meet travelers at their hotel or the designated meeting point in Cusco early in the morning (between 3:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.). Please bring your original passport; it is required to enter Machu Picchu. No exchanges or digital ticket downloads are needed.
Pickup Information
Pickup is included from hotels located in Cusco city center only. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time (between 3:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.). If your hotel is outside the city center, we will coordinate the nearest meeting point after your booking is confirmed. Please provide your hotel name and address at the time of booking.
