I have personally selected the winery where I will take you, showing you the hidden corners of the Prosecco Hills. It will be a local immersion in the italian lifestyle. Restaurants that I have selected makes real venetian cuisine, home made pasta and fresh ingredients.

1. Prosecco Hills - World Heritage Site

Discover the beautiful rolling hills of Valdobbiadene where in 1966 the first “Prosecco and Colli di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene Wine Road” was created, enjoying a relaxing day in the UNESCO HERITAGE. With the company of the guide you will know about the history of the area and of this famous sparkling wine ! You will visit a wonderful winery ,where you will learn the method of Prosecco making ,from the harvest to the fermentation, tasting different kinds of DOCG prosecco, Brut, Dry and Extra Dry. Lunch will be at a wonderful local trattoria ,local restaurant, in the hills ( not included in the price). After lunch you visit Follina, with its amazing ancient abbey & cloister from XII century and the ancient mill in Refrontolo which dates back to the 16th century
