Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
The BB divers shop on the pier is where we check in, but we can pick up from your hotel if we get the information on it.
Redemption Instructions
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from freediving. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.
