Pickup Information

We offer complimentary pick-up directly from your hotel whenever access is permitted. For hotels located in areas affected by the access restrictions introduced by the Municipality of Florence, where our vehicles are not permitted to enter, we will arrange pick-up at the nearest possible meeting point to your hotel. Detailed meeting instructions will be provided in advance to ensure a smooth and convenient experience
