Before pickup, your guide will contact you to help coordinate the meeting at the address provided in your reservation. ⏳ If there are 10 minutes left before the tour start time and you have not yet been contacted or picked up, please reach out to our transportation coordinator, Javier. At the beginning of the tour we pick up the tourist directly in the lobby of their accommodation, or at the address they provide us. If when you book you do not find your hotel in the booking options, please send us a message with the location where you want us to pick you up. We also need you to provide us with a phone number that can receive Whatsapp messages to maintain communication before starting the tour.
