Redemption Instructions

Travelers will be picked up directly from their hotel in Cairo or Giza, or from Cairo International Airport (if selected). Your professional Egyptologist guide will be waiting at the lobby holding a sign with your name. No need to print or exchange tickets. Entry tickets for the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum will be handled by your guide on-site. Please make sure to be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Pickup Information

We pick up all travelers from any hotel or location in Cairo or Giza — just let us know your address after booking. Airport pickup (Cairo International Airport) is also available upon request. Pickup starts 40 minutes before the tour departure time. Your representative will contact you a day before the tour to confirm the exact pickup time and location.
