Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Each visitor will have their own personal ticket, which will be needed together with their ID card before entering the museum.
