Travelers are responsible for buying their own ticket before the tour date. Your private guide will meet you either at your hotel lobby in Aguas Calientes or directly at the train station upon your arrival. Please specify your preferred meeting point when booking. If you are arriving by train the same morning of your tour, we recommend choosing a train that arrives at least 30–40 minutes before the scheduled start time, to allow enough time to meet your guide and board the shuttle bus to Machu Picchu. For travelers staying overnight in Aguas Calientes, the guide will meet you at your hotel lobby at the agreed time. Please have your passport and Machu Picchu entrance ticket ready, as they are required for entry.
