- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Under the arch of Porta Nuova in Piazza Daniele Manin. At the meeting point look for the DiscoveryPisa flag.
Redemption Instructions
Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half tight must be covered or entrance to the monument won’t be possible *At the meeting point look for the DiscoveryPisa flag. * Cathedral could be closed due to some religious services * DiscoveryPisa offers a refund on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain.
