Redemption Instructions

Please avoid asking the Uffizi Gallery staff about this tour. They are not informed of all tours operated by agencies and as a consequence, you could get the wrong information or they could ask you to go to gate number 3. In order to avoid missing the tour, please just wait in front of gate number 1. • Please check your email the day before the scheduled tour, since any communication between the supplier and the customer will be made through this channel. In case of cancellation, you will receive an email so please make sure you have introduced the correct email address and check it before the tour departure. In addition, please ensure local operator has a telephone number where you can be contacted while traveling, since they can also send you an SMS or call you. • The supplier is not responsible for the inconveniences caused of showing up at the tour when it may have been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and you have not checked your email or called to reconfirm by telephone 24 hours prior to the tour. • Please bring the ID in case any of the pax is under 18 since the museum's ticket office will ask for it.
