Complimentary Waiting Time Your booking includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing time. If you require your chauffeur to enter the terminal at a later time, please specify this when booking or contact our team in advance. Waiting beyond the complimentary 60-minute period may incur additional waiting charges. Where additional waiting time has not been requested, agreed or paid for, the chauffeur may be released once the complimentary waiting period has expired.
